王永杰

王永杰,男,博士,教授,博士生导师。2004年毕业于德国基尔大学,获自然科学博士学位。自2001年起,先后在德国柏林自由大学、柏林工业大学、康斯坦茨大学、莱茵-普法尔茨州农业研究中心和哥廷根大学学习和工作。2010年6月任教于上海海洋大学食品学院。
